A SWOT analysis is where you summarise all the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to the implementation of ICT in your school. Here is an example of one completed at my old school (all identifying details have been removed).
Creating your own electronic surveys
This is a very useful way to survey staff as the tool then collates all the results for you. You can find out everything you need to know about using SurveyMonkey which is one online survey tool on my wiki at:

There are also some examples of questions you might want to incorporate into your own surveys. You can make a survey in SurveyMonkey for free if it has 10 questions or less.
